What size laptop will fit in my Bukvy bag?
Bo Bardi Bag: This bag is optimized for a 13" laptop but will also fit a 15" laptop (26 x 37cm).
Maxi Curie bag: fits a 15" laptop (36 x 27cm) and the bag can be closed at the front.
Midi Curie bag: fits a 13" laptop.
Mini Curie bag: fits up to a 12" laptop or an iPad (25 x 35cm), but the bag cannot be closed at the front.
Laula bag: fits a 15" laptop (36 x 26cm).
I am not sure how to use and attach the straps, can you help me?

Can I return a sample or a vintage item?
Yes, you can. If you choose to return a Sample or Vintage bag we'll charge for shipping both ways.

Do you offer returns for pre-orders?
We only offer credits for pre-orders.
I received a defective product, what should I do?
Please take a photo of the issue and email it to Customer Care with a short description. Do not forget to include your order number in the subject line of your email for us to be able to help you quick and correct. We will come back to you within 48 office hours.
