Bukvy offers free shipping within Europe, US and Canada on all orders over 150 euros. We ship with Postnord within Europe and FedEx and DHL in the rest of the world. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link and a notification when your order is on it's way and the package is ready for pickup/delivery.

Sweden, Denmark, Finland: Free shipping with Postnord on all orders over 150 euros. Shipping on purchases under this amount cost 8 euros. Delivery time: 2-4 days (we cannot guarantee or influence the shipping provider's times).
Europe & Norway: Free shipping for all orders over 150 euros. Purchases under this amount cost 15 Euro. Delivery time: 2-4 days (we cannot guarantee or influence the shipping provider's times).
Customs Fees in Norway: Please note that Norway is outside the EU and customs fees apply there. For more information, please contact the Norwegian Customs Service.
US and Canada: Free shipping for all orders over 150 euros. Purchases under this amount cost 25 Euro. Delivery time: 3-6 days (we cannot guarantee or influence the shipping provider's times).
Rest of the world: The shipping fee on all orders is 50 euros. Delivery time: 3-7 days. No shipping to Russia. Please contact us if you have a specific request for a specific country.
Customs fees in the US: The customs declaration service in the USA charges a 9% customs fee on purchases over $800. If you wish to return a purchase, customs should refund this fee. For more information, please contact US customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of your delivery. Return shipping costs will either be deducted from the refund (if we handle the return shipping) or paid by the customer.
If you wish to return your purchase, first send an email to email@example.com Please include your order number in the subject line of the email and we'll be able to help you as quickly and easily as possible.
The product must be in the same condition as you received it/s and returned in the same or similar packaging as you received it so that it is not damaged during return shipping. Place the straps in the bag and fold them as you received them.
Once we have received the item and verified that it is in good condition, we will issue a refund to the same payment/card that the transaction was made through.
There are two options for making a return/exchange. Let us handle it or handle it yourself.
1. Let us handle the return shipping. Price:
Sweden, Denmark, Finland: 20 EUR / CHF / USD
Europe, US, and Norway: 25 EUR / CHF / USD
Rest of the world: 50 EUR / CHF / USD
2. Manage the return shipping yourself
Note that you are responsible for the product until we receive the return. It is important that you use a carrier that offers package tracking, such as UPS or DHL Express. If you are outside the EU, remember to mark the shipment as a return - otherwise, you will have to pay customs fees for shipping.
We deduct 10 EUR /CHF/USD on all returns which are deducted from the return transaction.
Note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU are non-refundable.

I have received a faulty product, how can I proceed?
If you have received a faulty product, take a photo of your problem and email it to us along with a description. Do not forget to include your order number. We will reply to you within 48 hours. All complaints and comments must be sent to the following address: email@example.com
If you do not collect your goods, we will charge you for delivery, return, and storage (the cost can varies between countries). Uncollected items will not be considered a cancellation of your purchase.
