Samples & Seconds - Terms & Conditions

Samples and Seconds are products that are not completely new. Seconds come from when we have repaired a bag and want it to find a new home. Samples can be bags used for PR, items from a showroom, or samples from the studio. Please note that these items have a favorable price but do not come with any warranty or right of complaint. However, if a problem occurs with a bought Sample or Second, we will do our best to guide you in case of repair. Send an e-mail to care@bukvybag.com and include your order number in the subject line. 

Discount codes do not apply to Samples & Seconds. 

Returns - general information

Returns for Samples and Seconds are possible within the EU and must take place 14 days after delivery. We do not offer returns on Samples & Seconds outside the EU. If you are within the EU and regret the purchase, start by writing to us at care@bukvybag.com. Always include your order number in the subject line to help us find all we need to help. When we have approved your return, we will create a shipping lable for you to print and attach to the returning package. 

Remember that the product must be in the same condition and sent in the same or equivalent packaging as when you received it. Once the returned shipment has arrived with us and we've confirmed the product, a refund will be made to the account/card from which the transaction was made. The return cost (see below) will be deducted from the return amount. 

Note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU are non-refundable. 

Return costs Samples & Seconds 

Sweden and Denmark: 350 SEK/ 32 Euro
Europe: 40 Euro 
 
As these products are sold at a favorable price, sometimes equivalent to our manufacturing cost, our margins are narrow. Therefore, the return cost for Samples and Seconds will be more expensive than for regular purchases as we need to factor in the first shipping for a return. We hope that, despite this, it is appreciated that we sell products that would otherwise have to be thrown away. Together we can contribute to a circular society where good products can have a long life! 
 
If you live in Stockholm, it is possible to return/exchange at our office in Gamla Stan. Then, of course, the return cost will not be charged.
