FOUNDERS
Elena Ekström, the founder of Bukvy, comes from a background in IT but was always driven by a desire for practical design solutions. Together with co-founder Joanna, Elena set out to create versatile, high-quality leather bags that adapt to the modern urban lifestyle. The idea for Bukvy emerged from their own need for bags that seamlessly combine functionality with style.
Without formal training in traditional design, Elena's approach was innovative, blending her technical skills with creativity. This fresh perspective led to the creation of Bukvy's signature multi-functional pieces, which focus on both aesthetic appeal and practicality
