Bukvy offers free shipping within Europe and the USA on all orders over 100 euros. We ship with Bring within the Nordic countries and UPS elsewhere. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. With every purchase you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link and a notification when the package is ready for pickup/delivery.

Sweden, Denmark, Finland: Free shipping with Bring for all orders over 100 euros. Purchases under this amount will be charged with 4,9 Euro. Delivery time: 2-3 days.
Europe: Free shipping with UPS for all orders over 100 Euro. Purchases under this amount will be chargedwith 12 Euro. Delivery time: 2-4 days.
Express shipping: 1-2 days 19 euros.
United States and Norway: Free shipping with UPS for all orders over $100. Purchases under this amount will be charged $15. Delivery time: 3-5 days.
Express Shipping: 1-3 days $18.
Customs fees in the USA: The customs declaration service in the USA charges a 9% customs fee on purchases over $800. If you wish to return a purchase, customs should refund this fee. For more information, please contact customs in the USA.
Customs Fees in Norway: Please note that Norway is outside the EU and customs fees apply there, which must be refunded if the order is returned. For more information, please contact the Norwegian Customs Service.
Rest of the world: The shipping fee is 45 Euro. Delivery time: 3-7 days. No shipping to Russia. Please contact us if you have a specific request for a specific country.
Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of your delivery. Return shipping costs will either be deducted from the refund (if we cover shipping) or paid by the customer.
If you wish to return your purchase, first send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number in the subject line of the email.
The product must be in the same condition as you received it/s and returned with dust bags in the same or similar packaging as you received it so that it is not damaged during return shipping. Place the straps in the bag and fold it as you received it.
Once we have received the item and verified that it is in good condition, we will issue a refund to the same payment/card that the transaction was made through.
There are two options for making a return/exchange:
1. Let us handle the shipping.
Sweden, Denmark, Finland; 15 euro
Europe: 29 euro
US and Norway: 49 euro.
2. Manage the shipping yourself
Note that you are responsible for shipping until we receive the package. It is important that you use a carrier that offers package tracking, such as UPS or DHL Express. If you are outside the EU, remember to mark the shipment as a return - otherwise you will have to pay customs fees for shipping.
Note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU are non-refundable.

I have received a defective product, how can I proceed?
If you have received a faulty product, take a photo of your problem and email it to us along with a description. Do not forget to include your order number. We will reply to you within 24 hours. All complaints and comments must be sent to the following address: email@example.com
If you do not collect your goods, we will charge you for delivery, return and storage. Uncollected items will not be considered a cancellation of your purchase.
