Our bags are beautiful new and with use. You'll find two kinds of bags here: Samples and Seconds. Pre-loved bags come from when we have repaired a bag and want it to find a new home. Sample bags can be bags used for PR, items from a showroom, or samples from the studio. Discount codes do not apply to Samples & seconds. Samples & Seconds do not come with the right of complaint.
